Paw City Animal Hospital is a family-owned and operated veterinary hospital. Opening this hospital has been a lifelong goal—an opportunity to serve the community I live in and care for the animals that mean so much to families here. Guided by prayer and a clear sense of purpose, we chose to build a privately owned, family-oriented practice. We are proudly non-corporate. Animals come first. We focus on giving every patient the best care possible. We emphasize care, trust, and strengthening the human-animal bond. Our goal is simple: help you enjoy more healthy years with your pets by keeping them well and supporting them when they are sick. We deliver exceptional veterinary care with the understanding that every pet is unique. Each animal has different experiences, personalities, and needs, and we treat them that way.

  • I got into the veterinary medicine field two years ago and haven’t looked back. I enjoy and value five things most in life: God, family, football (aka soccer), history, and video games. That’s my life in a nutshell!

    I enjoy working in veterinary medicine because I get the opportunity to help animals every day. There’s nothing quite like the joy of nursing an animal back to health. One of the most fulfilling parts of this field is seeing a dog or cat go home happy and healthy after spending a few days in our care.

    I am also a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where I served for 12 years as a Gunner’s Mate.

  • With eight years of experience as a veterinary technician, ranging from equine reproduction in the racing industry to emergency and specialty care, Sarah is our resident cat whisperer! She treats every patient like her own family and is passionate about making each clinic visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible for your pets.

    When she’s not caring for your furry family members, you can find Sarah riding horses, exploring nature trails, or cuddling on the couch with her cats and dogs while watching true crime.
